The Eradicoat website was designed to make the process of purchasing the Eradicoat® Gypsy Moth Control System more convenient, efficient and secure. As a result, we encourage you to place all orders online for the fastest service and delivery. If however, you have any questions or need assistance, we welcome your call. All online orders must be placed and shipped within the continental United States, and sales are restricted to only those states where Eradicoat® is registered for sale.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Orders shipped within the state of Ohio will be charged sales tax (6.75%).
Our website utilizes SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure safe, secure transactions. With SSL, information is sent through our online ordering system is encrypted for your protection. We believe this process provides the most effective way to ensure privacy and security. Please do not provide credit card information via email.
Shipping
After ordering, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. On standard business days, any order placed before 1:00pm EST will be packed and shipped to you the following business day. If, for any reason, your shipment is delayed, we will notify you with an expected shipping date.
Products are shipped from our warehouse in Ohio. Discounted UPS ground rates will be applied and are shown in the shopping cart section when you order. UPS determines shipping dates based on standard business days. Please visit www.ups.com for more detailed information.
If you are requesting shipment to an address outside of the continental United States, please contact customer service at 1-877-525-9522. Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If used as directed, we are confident Eradicoat® will kill gypsy moth caterpillars that crawl across a treated barrier band. If the product fails to perform, please return the unused portion of your order to us and we will provide a full refund (less any shipping costs). Returns must be made with 90 days of purchase and be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.
